Coherence Sessions runs on the Coherence Framework: a structured series of diagnostic models and proven signals that reflect what's structurally true in how you lead — not what's comfortable to hear. Every session works one gap — the distance between how you operate under load (your Adapted Self) and your Coherent Core, the ground you actually lead from. You bring what's live; Coherence Sessions names the structure underneath it, shows where it first formed, and works it until you can navigate it yourself.
Every close does real work. Coherence Sessions reads the session for how far you moved toward your Coherent Core — your Primal Gap at the start against the close — and for which threads moved and how far. Then it seals the session into your journal: what surfaced, where it traces back, and how it landed. That's what keeps your picture current. Delete instead, and none of it is kept.
The Framework tracks each recurring structure as a Thread and drives it from a state you fall into toward a trait you embody:
You feel it (Surfaced), name it (Named), then catch it as it fires (Catching it live). When you navigate it without effort across several different settings under real load — and it no longer runs you — it's Embodied: part of how you operate, not a pattern you manage. Every thread you embody closes more of the gap to your Coherent Core. New patterns open as new threads; when one has genuinely shifted, you mark it complete.
