How a session works
Coherence Sessions runs on the Coherence Framework: a structured series of diagnostic models and proven signals that reflect what's structurally true in how you lead — not what's comfortable to hear. Every session works one gap — the distance between how you operate under load (your Adapted Self) and your Coherent Core, the ground you actually lead from. You bring what's live; Coherence Sessions names the structure underneath it, shows where it first formed, and works it until you can navigate it yourself.
The flow of a session
Begin. Open in Text or Voice and answer “What is present for you right now?” — bring what's actually live, not a tidy version.
Reflect. Go where the charge is. Coherence Sessions reflects the structure under what you say, names it precisely, and holds you to it. Expect it to press where that's useful — that's the work, not a detour.
Close. When you're complete, close the session. It reads how far you moved toward your Coherent Core, seals with a release line, and keeps it in your journal.
Review. Return to your sessions, threads and movement any time from the top-left.

Voice modeSpeak and listen instead of typing. Tap to enter; tap again to leave.
Close sessionThe deliberate end of a session. It reads how far you moved toward your Coherent Core, seals the reflection into your journal, and may move a thread forward.
Delete sessionDiscards the session without logging it — for false starts. You'll be asked to confirm.
What each close does
Every close does real work. Coherence Sessions reads the session for how far you moved toward your Coherent Core — your Primal Gap at the start against the close — and for which threads moved and how far. Then it seals the session into your journal: what surfaced, where it traces back, and how it landed. That's what keeps your picture current. Delete instead, and none of it is kept.
Threads — turning a state into a trait
The Framework tracks each recurring structure as a Thread and drives it from a state you fall into toward a trait you embody:
Surfaced→Named→Catching it live→Embodied
You feel it (Surfaced), name it (Named), then catch it as it fires (Catching it live). When you navigate it without effort across several different settings under real load — and it no longer runs you — it's Embodied: part of how you operate, not a pattern you manage. Every thread you embody closes more of the gap to your Coherent Core. New patterns open as new threads; when one has genuinely shifted, you mark it complete.
Finding your way around
The icons at the top-left open everything beyond the live session:
MenuYour recent sessions, your account and app settings, and links to everything else.
SearchFind anything from a past session by keyword.
ThreadsEvery thread you're working, where it sits on its journey, and its arc toward your Coherent Core.
MovementHow you're moving overall — threads surfacing, being caught live, and becoming embodied traits.
How did this land?
Thank you — this is held with your session, and it helps Coherence Sessions land better.
